2027 Excellence Scholarship Applications
The Excellence Scholarship is accessible to students in Years 5 - 12 and recipients of the scholarship would demonstrate an exceptionally high level of accomplishment in a specific field or context (e.g. sport, music, etc.) and share this unique talent for the enrichment of the College community.
Application Process
- Once the College is aware that a student is performing at an exceptionally high level (state or national representative in a school endorsed program) the scholarship panel will convene to consider the award. This may occur at any point in the year.
- At the earliest opportunity a scholarship offer (as determined by the Scholarship panel [at least 3 members of the ELT]) will be made to the family.
- Excellence Scholarships are awarded for the period that the student maintains performance at the exceptionally high level for which the scholarship was awarded e.g. remains a member of a state or national sporting team or a state or national youth ensemble, choir or orchestra.
- Scholarship holders are required to consistently meet College academic and behavioural expectations.
If your child meets the above criteria please submit an application via email to scholarships@calvarycc.qld.edu.au . In this email please include evidence to support the representation at State or National level.
