At the foundation of the Calvary leadership model is the concept that leadership is influence. Our students are encouraged to identify how they use their influence for good. Unleashing a child’s potential for influence in their world is core to learning and leading at Calvary.

Leadership is about acting on your convictions, bringing about good for others in the community and enriching life at the College for others.

We offer students a range of formal leadership opportunities such as Captains, Prefects, and Stage 5 Leaders. We also provide students from Years 7-12 with the opportunity to be recognised as a College Leader, should their actions consistently benefit those around them – this is leading through influence. Any Calvary student can be acknowledged as a leader.
